Ps has half ram for processing and the other half for the game. While xbox has integrated ram which means all the game goes to the game while it still processes the game. I’ve played fallout on both, still a ps gamer but fallout on Xbox is so much better, aside from mods, performance is so much better on the series s.

Also, Sega has said that the PS5 versions are the PS4 builds so there's just no way to have better than PS4 Pro performance with the PS5 ports. The power of the PS5 doesn't even factor into the performance of these games on PS5, since they're PS4 titles. An FPS Boost or something on PS5 would be great, but that's not how Sony set up their system.
Terraflops is only a measurement of a certain part of the GPU. Having a higher clock speed may actually give the PS5 an advantage in some cases. It isn't conclusive yet but might be like Xbox runs at higher dynamic res and PS5 has slightly higher res shadows for example. We won't know till launch.
